NEVADA’S PUBLIC EMPLOYEES’ BENEFITS PROGRAM will consider benefits to be offered and rating methodologies for DOMESTIC PARTNERS effective July 10, 2010.  The issue is on the meeting agenda for October 1, 2009 at the Legislative Building in Carson City and via videoteleconference at the Grant Sawyer State Office Bldg in Las Vegas.  PLEASE send an e-mail in support of equal benefits for DP (with the same premiums as married persons) to Chairman Randall J.
