I’ve always loved this verse. It reminds me that nothing is constant and that the world is ever changing. Not to look behind and grieve for what is lost but to look ahead and be joyful for what is gained.

So I will mediate on this golden nugget that you shared: "the view you have at this second, is not the same view as the next. To wonder down the path, not looking behind, nor ahead, the answer is but the question you hold." I'm not into resolutions, but in the spirit of the new year of 2010...I'll give hiking a try, mediate more and refuse to look back.
